The Parma Public Library is governed by a five member Board of Trustees who are appointed for five year terms by the Parma Town Board. The board of trustees establishes policies and long-term goals for the library, oversees the general operation of the library, initiates and oversees the budget process, and promotes and advocates for the library in the community.

The Library Board of Trustees is looking to fill a vacancy.
Please see role description and application for details. Board members must live in the service area of Hilton or Parma. Applications are due by January 5, 2026.
The library board meetings are open to the public. These are held in our meeting room on the second Tuesday of each month.
