   • The Borrowing Policy was renamed from Circulation Policy on April 8, 2025 by the Board of Trustees and consolidates the Renewal of Library Cards, Restricted Card, E-Card, Out-of-County Card, Firm/Organization, and Smartphones App policies to create one comprehensive policy.
